  • Swedish/Deep Tissue

Swedish massage is a gentle, rhythmic massage which relaxes soft tissue, alleviates stress and tension and contributes to an overall sense of well-being. It is generally lighter in touch and includes long, flowing strokes to assist with deep relaxation. It can be accompanied by focus on deep-tissue techniques to address areas of chronic tension and pain.

  • Cupping

Cupping is an ancient healing method, used to relieve tight muscles, restore skin and muscle tone, boost the immune system and bring fresh blood and lymph to the affected area. Other areas of the body are massage while the cups are doing their work. The cups are removed after 10-20 minutes, and massage is performed over the area

  • Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient Chinese modality which utilizes specific pressure points on the hands, feet, ears, and head; which are believed to reflexively connect to the internal organs, muscles and nerves throughout the body. It improves circulation and facilitates the return to the natural state of balance of the body through deep relaxation and nerve stimulation.

  • Hot Stones

Warmed stones are used to work on many areas of the body, allowing the warmth to relax and soften the muscles and tissues. Hot Stones are combined with other massage techniques, comforting and soothing as they transmit heat deep into the body

  • Gua Sha

Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese medicine technique that involves scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool. It is used to improve blood flow, reduce inflammation, and relieve pain and tension.

  • Craniosacral

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique that works with the craniosacral system to support the central nervous system. It uses a light touch to release tension in the fascia. It helps alleviate the aches, pains, and strains of life, improves coping mechanisms and boosts the body’s ability for self care.

  • Abdominal Massage + Tok Sen

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, emotions are stored in the gut, so working on the abdomen allows the therapist to work directly on the feelings. Through a series of specific massage techniques your therapist will help to improve circulation, aid in digestion and bring the healing power of “Qi” to the area. Wooden Tok Sen tools will also be used to gently tap, encouraging relaxation, soothing the nervous system, and working through layers of tissue and emotions.

  • Microcurrent Treatment

Microcurrent by Avazzia offers non-invasive pain management through microcurrent electrical impulses that communicate with the body’s nervous system. It provides relief for chronic pain, post-surgical pain, sore muscles, and aches in areas such as the shoulders, back, neck, arms, and legs. These devices are FDA-cleared and allow patients to take control of their pain management with superior effectiveness compared to traditional TENS units.

  • ASMR/Light-Touch Massage

ASMR, short for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, describes a gentle, pleasurable tingling that often begins at the scalp and travels down the neck and spine. It’s the body’s way of responding to certain sensory cues like whispering, tapping, scratching, brushing, or slow, intentional touch with feelings of calm and emotional warmth. Researchers describe it as a deeply relaxed, trance-like state that can reduce stress, quiet racing thoughts, and activate the body’s natural healing responses. The physical sensations guide the mind into stillness and a tingling sensation is a ‘trance-like’ immersive state accompanied by feelings of euphoria and relaxation.
